Service Update 09/22

Dear Clients,

                       Hope you are well and in good health, so we are successfully adding USA channels and they are running nicely, now we are working on the panel to connect your subscriptions to the streams for monthly access. Now this can take some time. We are trying to do this right, so it works long term not short term with headaches and system outages in the future.

EPG, and other channels will slowly follow. Please be patient. This is not a short-term fix.

Some of you can already access the channels and some of you may not, we still do not have access to the subscription lines to tell you whether or not your service is active, we are going by the details from the billing panel which you have access to. Remember, the billing panel connects to the subscription panel.

If you need your service details please go to your Next Level Portal > Click Services > Click your active service and click IPTV Service details.

If your service is not working, please be patient, we will look at all avenues to get you back up and running once we are fully restored. We are working around the clock. J

Also please do not make any payments to us, any payments made from the 16th of sept will be looked at and credited accordingly if your service did not renew at the time. We can only fix one client at a time once we are back.

Please do not contact us yet if you cannot access the test channels. We are on test mode.

What we ask from you, our valuable clients:


1.     Please be patient, we are in test mode and we are slowly getting fully operational.

2.     Keep an eye out on your emails and our announcements for any updates.

3.     Don’t make invoice payments for now.
