Dear Clients,

First let me start by giving you all a huge THANK YOU for being so patient and understanding during this incredibly challenging time in our companies history. 
I am writing you today to finally give you all a bit of good news that has been long overdue. Over the next 24-48 hours we will be migrating over to our new permanent home. 
What does this mean exactly? It means we can finally say welcome back to the features we love such as catchup, fully operational EPG and most importantly a channel line up our service has been so well known for. 

All we ask of you at this time is to please continue being patient and understanding. It should be a very exciting couple of days in front of us, so while we transition over to our new panel we kindly request you keep tickets and support requests to a minimum.

Chances are good that the issue you are experiencing and wanting to report, we already know about and will be in the process of resolving at the same time you are experiencing! Once again I want to thank all of you for your un wavering loyalty and support during this time. We truly believe this has made us even stronger and moving forward you can all expect to see nothing but the best service and stability coming from your #1 choice for in home streaming entertainment.
