                      We have successfully added our new cms and now taking orders from our website.

We appreciate everyone’s patience; it was a long 10 days but we did it. Right now we only have USA only buy in coming days and weeks we will start getting more channels and adult etc.



Now please read the Q&A below before purchasing.




Q: I currently do not have a service but would like to get a free trial.


A: Go ahead and get a free trial with this promo code: FREETRIAL (valid until 5th of October)


Q: I paid for my invoice or new service prior or after Sept 17th and have not received my service renewal or new service, I have been waiting patiently for Next Level to come back online.

and select BILLING, please send us the details of payment reference so we can sort it out.


Q: My service expired, and I have not paid for my invoice, can I pay now to get a renewal?


A: Please do not pay for any invoices, we are deleting all unpaid invoices as they come overdue. Please go ahead and purchase a new service and you will receive a new username and password. In 15 days time you will get a new invoice for this service. Do not pay for old invoices.


Q: I’m buying a new service, but I do not see a Paypal Subscription button?


A: We are no longer offering auto payments with paypal, all clients will need to pay

There invoice monthly, the reason for this is because a lot of clients forget its auto payments

And we end up receiving double payments, we then need to refund the second payment and it courses more administration work for us. Too keep our services at low cost, we need to decrease support tickets and issues like this.


Q: I had the Full Package, but now I do not see it in the shopping cart?


A: We do not have the Full Package on offer right now, as more and more channels are resorted, we will add it to the shopping cart. We only have USA right now.



Q: Where is the 3, 6 & 12 months services so I can purchase?


A: We currently have disabled all 3, 6 and 12 months services, we may enable them at a later date.


Q: I currently have a 3, 6 or 12 month Service, do I need to do anything?


A: Absolutely nothing, you can continue using your service until your original expiry date. However if you have any questions, please contact us:



Q: I have a mag device, do I need to buy a new service after expiry?


A: Yes, once expired, please go ahead and buy a new Mag service.
